Submission for the 2025 ESA European Meeting in Brno is conducted through the Economic Science Association website. A full manuscript is not required — provide an abstract. After logging in to the ESA site, select “Conferences,” then “2025 European Meeting, Brno” and choose “Submit Talk.”
Submission is open from March 17 to May 5.
Notification of Acceptance will be sent on May 16; then the conference registration will be managed through the ESA website.
You have to be an ESA member in order to register for the conference. If you are an existing ESA member, log in to your ESA account and select “Conference” to find the "2025 European Meeting, Brno" registration option. If you are not yet a member, please register for ESA membership first, as conference registration packages will only be accessible once your membership is active.
The registration fee includes social events (Welcome Reception, Social Dinner), three lunches, and refreshments/coffee breaks throughout the conference.

Faculty fee: Applicable to postdocs, assistant professors, associate professors, full professors, researchers, lecturers, and similar academic positions.
Student fee: Available exclusively to graduate students, including Master's students, PhD students, and PhD candidates.
Accompanying person/guest: Allows registered participants to bring non-member guests to conference events, such as dinners.
Low- or middle-income country fee is available to participants residing and/or employed in countries classified as low- or middle-income by the World Bank. Eligibility is determined by your current country of residence or employment, not by your nationality or country of origin.
